The collision center is awful. Customer service and communication are horrible. We were told two and a half months ago that our vehicle would be done by the end of the week. We Customer service and communication are horrible. We were told two and a half months ago that our vehicle would be done by the end of the week. We still do not have our vehicle back. Over the last three months we have been told 6 different times that it would be done by the end of the week, or even the next day. Service manager has told me multiple times that he will update me on the progress but fails to do so until I call him back. Have tried to get in touch with someone higher in the company but they will not return a phone call after I leave a message. More
