Max Service Department exceeded my expectations during my first visit for warranty repairs on my pickup. Everyone had a "can do" attitude. They were professional, friendly, and prompt. Max motors Ford in Harrisonville MO is the BEST dealership I have ever worked with. My salesman Eli is not only a veteran but also a great, honest, and very sharp individual. The minute I started t dealership I have ever worked with. My salesman Eli is not only a veteran but also a great, honest, and very sharp individual. The minute I started the buying process, he was there to help and answer alot of questions without ever changing his demeanor or acting sales-y. The finance team was thuroufh and didn't oversell anything and even said "you don't need that and I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you want it" The service team is the icing on the cake Nate has this shop running like a well oiled machine and EVERY.SINGLE.PERSON. I dealt with today was friendly, knowledgeable and went above/beyond to ensure everything was right.
