The show room was the most comfortable and inviting of all the 6+ dealerships I visited, including 2 other Nissan dealerships in the Hartford area. The Gates sales people are very knowledgeable of cars and went out of their way to answer all questions.

From the time I made my on-line inquiry for information on the GMC Terrain I was interested in possibly purchasing, till the time I was given a complete 'in-service' of my new 2012 Terrain and ultimately diving it home was a most pleasant experience. My sales representative Nate Rameaka was friendly and informative. Before taking a test drive Nate explained everything there was to know about the Terrain. Because of Nates thorough explanations I only had a couple of questions about this vehicle. I would have absolutely no reservations about recomending Gates Buick GMC Nissan dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Awesome experience! I have recently tried dealing with a different Nissan dealer and the experience was terrible, they weren't willing to even work with me and see what we could do to get me out of my lease. From the moment I walked into gates I was greeted by friendly and attentive sales people. It was an amazing experience to be at a car dealer and not feel pressured or feel like I was getting taken advantage of. It was also great to see the your sales people work so well together, I had started working with Tomas, but ended up finishing with Nate. He never once treated me like I was anything less than 100% his customer. You don't see that much today in a competitive sales industry. Thank you for a great experience, and I will be referring friends to you, and I will feel very comfortable and confident doing so.

WE have dealt with many dealerships, but none of them compare to Gates. Our first visit Ralph Clement was so knowledgeable, and courteous. We were looking at GMC Sierras, which we purchased thanks to Ralph. We feel we got superior service from Gates and we were treated with respect and confidence by everyone. The expereince at Gates Nissan for both myself and my son was professional: courteous, friendly, and informative. In fact, I, myself, will probably be back for a car in the very near future--it's Dad's turn!
