He and Stockton Coffee gave ua a fair trade and a fair deal on the new car we purchased. Nathan was so patient explaining all of the options to us. Much has changed in vehicles since our last purchase and Nathan was very patient explaining all the new functions we weren’t familiar with. We were given a fair trade price and a fair price on the new car. We will defiantly recommend this dealership to our friends. Crystal in the finance department could not have been nicer. She got us a good interest rate and explained every document, As a side note, we traded a 2012 Mercedes and our Toyota Corolla Cross. Is much quieter. More

I drove from Athens,GA to pick up this car that I purchased after seeing it online. When I arrived, Nathan Walker greeted me as I got out of my car and had everything ready for me since I had a 3 ho purchased after seeing it online. When I arrived, Nathan Walker greeted me as I got out of my car and had everything ready for me since I had a 3 hour drive home to make. Nathan explained in detail every button and switch and helped me sync the Apple Play to my phone for a safe drive home. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all its' features. I've bought a lot of cars over the years, but this dealership is the best experience I've ever had! No pushy salesperson crapolla: he asked questions, listened to what I said, then gave me a no xx pros and cons until we worked down to the right car for me. He was there for me every step of the way, making sure I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle I chose. A special shout out to Justice Goodner! Finance paperwork and customizing additional options is slow and boring, but he brought life to an otherwise dull and tedious process. And Justice knows his stuff! He gave direct answers to every question I had, and went into detail when I didn't understand something. All of this while keeping up a great conversation about all kinds of subjects, from my work to our families to the idiosyncrasies of modern relationships! I left his office with all the knowledge I need to take full advantage of the luxury that comes from buying a new car and happy to have signed on the dotted line! The whole team here was friendly and involved in the process. I didn't see or sense any sort of competition between salespeople nor any friction between Sales and Finance, which is vanishingly rare these days. That alone speaks volumes about the climate they foster, and it helps create a relaxed environment for customers. Overall, 10/10, will definitely be returning for my next car or truck! More
