Nate was very helpful and kept in touch as I listed my preferences. He answered all my questions with respect and interest. He educated me on the auto's specifics---especially those needed for safe dr preferences. He answered all my questions with respect and interest. (I need to continue to study the manual.) Nate responded promptly to all my emails and gave me much information about available options, warrantees, etc. Likewise the financial adviser was helpful in answering all my questions. I chose Cityside as I had heard it was a well-respected family owned business. I was also pleased that it would provide an Uber if I ever need to leave my car there for service. Cityside Subaru had the exact color and trim level on the car I wanted. I reached out and spoke with Brian O.
