I highly do not recommend working with salesman Nermi Santos. Due to him lacking basic knowledge, time management, confidentiality, and communication skills. I came to this dealership to purchase a vehic Santos. Due to him lacking basic knowledge, time management, confidentiality, and communication skills. I came to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and found myself extremely disappointed in his service and felt personally violated by his harassing behaviors. I had a very clear and simple request that should have been an easy sale but Nermi failed this dealership and has lost not only one costumer but many in the future as I will not recommend this location. As an owner of only Honda vehicles for over 35 years, this employee is doing a huge disservice to Hondas expectations of professionalism. More
