After many calls,going to 2 different repair shops,and not being able to travel far all summer. I finally found out what was wrong with my car. I don't know why the part failed because I did all the required maintenance for my car on time for 7 years. I want to thank my service advisor Charles for fixing the problem. It turns out it was the catalytic converter, so Kia agreed to fix it with a one time Good will repair , and I paid for the labor. I was okay with that I needed my car working properly. Charles provided great customer service, and I bought my car in the morning he made sure I had my car repaired by the mid afternoon Thanks. Thank you Cicioca Kia for Great service I will maintain being a loyal customer. When I bought my car my sales representative told me to only let a Kia dealer work on your car. I emailed the dealer several times and was told that they had several Kia Sportage hybrids. When I asked for a price, I never got a response. I drove an hour to look at the vehicles. I met with Sam at t they had several Kia Sportage hybrids. When I asked for a price, I never got a response. I drove an hour to look at the vehicles. I met with Sam at the dealership. He was personable and told me that they did not have the vehicles. He also told me that they were 3.5k over msrp. This all could have been communicated via email. I do not fault the sales person as he was honest and apologetic. The dealership/management need to get their act together. It was a total waste of time. More

Scott Harvey Subaru did an excellent job in all aspects of my Crosstrek purchase. Subarus are great vehicles, and this is my 5th. My family now has 3, two Crosstreks and an Outback. The employees I dealt w of my Crosstrek purchase. Subarus are great vehicles, and this is my 5th. My family now has 3, two Crosstreks and an Outback. The employees I dealt with were Dennis in Finance and Billy Taylor in Sales. I do not live in the area and I appreciate the fact that they handled the paperwork expeditiously as I had a long drive home. I've spent over 6 hours buying a car once, and here I was in and out in under an hour. It's 3 weeks later and I've already received the title and Billy called today to tell me the registration and plates are in the mail. I'd highly recommend this dealer for your car purchase or lease.Thanks, Scott Harvey for a pleasant experience! More
After searching for a K5 EX since May at other dealerships we called Jeff Seiken at 6:30 p.m. and by 10:30 a.m.the next day , Jeff had found me the exact car I wanted.....It arrived as promised in dealerships we called Jeff Seiken at 6:30 p.m. and by 10:30 a.m.the next day , Jeff had found me the exact car I wanted.....It arrived as promised in about 1 week. We have never had a more organized and efficient salesperson...He was honest and professional and knew all the answers to our questions. Selected vehicle on website, had trade evaluated, came to financing. Vehicle showed both "your price" and "final price," which was MSRP ($42,980), before trade value was applied. When I contacted dealer to financing. Vehicle showed both "your price" and "final price," which was MSRP ($42,980), before trade value was applied. When I contacted dealer to ask why I did not have the option to pay all cash, I was told that the price ("your price" and "final price") did not include the premium on the vehicle and that they were "trying to fix" this on the website. This is false advertising, plain and simple. It should be no problem to "fix" the website. More
I went shopping with my mom for her as she was trading in her 2018 Sonata. She wound up getting a 2022 Sportage Her first SUV at age 86. Scott Harvey is first class and his staff is tremendous. Final Update: They sold the car to a wholesale buyer the week after I did the PPI and was making my decision about buying said car. Frank did call me to let me know, but it was too bad I had to lose money o week after I did the PPI and was making my decision about buying said car. I think the dealership knew there was too much to fix and not enough money and time for them to put into the car. Update: Thank you to the owner for responding to my original review. I did end up going in person and meeting with Frank. He was respectful and we came to a deal that worked for both of us. I brought the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, which came back with some items that need fixing. The manager was adamant that the price cannot be lowered and additional service cannot be done on the vehicle. I will have to consider this since some of the items are things Frank told me their service department had initially done on the car when they first took possession of it. I don't blame the sales department on this, but if the service department's work was subpar then that is an issue, since the agreed price accounted for satisfactory replaced parts. Either way, definitely recommend always getting the PPI for any used car! Original Review: I called about a used car and put in an initial offer. I asked the salesman to get back to me but he never did. I waited 2 weeks and had to leave a voicemail in order to get a response. When the salesman called me back, he said he spoke to his coworker (manager?) and could not honor the original promise he had made in our first conversation based on their older Internet price. He said he would get the manager to call me so I waited a few days but still never got a call. This all seemed to be a lie though, because when I finally called his manager, he said he never spoke with the salesman about this. Now as I'm on the phone with the manager, I'm explaining the situation and the manager insists he cannot honor the price because the markets have changed. I definitely understand having to make a profit, but the lack of communication from and within this dealership is concerning. And then the manager hung up on me before I finished our conversation! He was a little rude and curt the whole time. He didn't seem to really want to help me much; maybe he didn't value me as a potential customer because I'm only interested in a used car? I wanted to support a local business, but so far I've only been disappointed. I gave them second chances by reaching out to them several times. Other dealerships I called would reach back out within a day or two and treat me with respect. That is what I was hoping for but did not experience here. More
