Upon arrival at this dealership I was greeted by Roman Fuchs, very nice gentleman and did his best to make a good deal with me on a new car until I was introduced to Newton Cintron. Mr. Cintron came off e Fuchs, very nice gentleman and did his best to make a good deal with me on a new car until I was introduced to Newton Cintron. Mr. Cintron came off extremely rude, cold, and obnoxious writing figures all over a piece of paper and did not care to explain any of the additional fees. When he was questioned he gave a blank stare for a solid minute which was extremely uncomfortable to say the least. After his long stare he abruptly disclosed minimal information on the additional fees stating “there’s nothing he can do about them” after I questioned him again these fees are “optional” he realized I wasn’t so stupid after all. He then got up after becoming angry and got the General sales Manager, Rob Serritella. Rob sat down asked if we had any questions and appeared to be genuine. After going through the fees he explained them and proposed a deal. A few minutes into back and forth negotiations I was pleased with the outcome. As Rob proceeded to hand over the paperwork to be signed, the monthly payments that he never disclosed nor ran my credit score at this point were astronomical. When the payments were questioned, they jacked the monthly payment on an 8% interest without credit being ran. After I realized they inflated the interest rate to make up the difference in the supposed deal I respectfully declined the deal. He grabbed the papers in a childish way and left me speechless. When I asked for a copy of the paperwork he said “nah” and proceeded to throw my keys onto the table and told me to have a goodnight. The following day i received multiple messages to come back and seal the deal, in which I did not. I would personally not recommend business with this dealership because of the display of unprofessionalism and not putting the customer’s interest first. Roman was excellent, patient, and very informative. Great service. He made my decision very easy. . He also answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. This was my 4th lease. I always dealt with Newton so I was a little hesitant when he told me that Roman would be taking care of me but I must say he did not disappoint. More

Consistently non-responsive - despite multiple voicemails and emails to the general manager (Aspinall), sales managers (Alacron, Cintron), sales (Hinton) and staff (Feliciano) - NO ONE HAS RETURNED A CALL. T and emails to the general manager (Aspinall), sales managers (Alacron, Cintron), sales (Hinton) and staff (Feliciano) - NO ONE HAS RETURNED A CALL. This is a dealership that simply does not care once they have your $40,000! Short-sighted, not a good way to conduct business. The words THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS never once escaped anyone's lips. I deeply regret buying my car at this dealership - the lack of responsiveness is sadly consistent and apparently a top down way of doing business at Paul Miller Honda. When you walk into the showroom, it is full of posters reminding staff how important their customers are - I was impressed with that. But the ugly secret is out; no one at Paul Miller Honda shows any awareness of this basic business principle! If I was the general manager, I'd be pretty embarrassed knowing my staff treated clients in such a condescending manner. More

WOW! WOW! WOW! After extensive shopping for the NEW 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring Edition in Bergen County, New Jersey, with no luck at the local dealers who real After extensive shopping for the NEW 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring Edition in Bergen County, New Jersey, with no luck at the local dealers who really are not very good at negotiations, especially the rude dealer in Paramus!! This is my 6th accord and LOVE it. This Paul Miller dealership is run top notch, from top to bottom. I really did not want to drive up to an hour away to purchase a car, but it was well worth it! When I arrived, I was greeted by a very nice salesman and I asked him if he really knew about his products as I usually get uninformed sales employees. He told me his name is Robert and was not insulted by my comment. He proceeded to help me and was AWESOME!. He then told me he was the Sales Manager. OUCH!! Shame on me. I had asked for a lot of extras and he never said no. What a GREAT experience!!! More

Smooth experience On entering the dealership, my wife and I were met by Newton Cintron. We explained the car we saw on line and were interested in. The price was very good, we had a very short back and forth to negotiate my trade in. It was all very positive with no high pressure tactics and a pleasant back and forth. Newton capably handled the insurance company changes as well as syncing our two phones forgoing his lunch. Highly recommend Paul Miller and Newton to sell you your next car. More

Rude so called manager named Flavia, I call it as I see it ! went to the dealership on black Friday and bought a car which the manager Flavia was insisting that I had to take the car out the door by Monday, well went to the dealership on black Friday and bought a car which the manager Flavia was insisting that I had to take the car out the door by Monday, well I wasn't in a hurry and said it can be anytime next week but she insisted that it had to be that Monday. She said they will call me Monday well that call never came and when I called at 2 PM on that Monday I was told that they don't have the car and not sure when they can get it, I waited the whole day for nothing. They knew I was not a happy camper at this point so I ended up talking to the general manager who was very helpful and had the car on Wednesday, well that is what I said on black Friday. It didn't matter to me. Well the best is when I went to pick up the car at about 5PM on Wednesday Flavia could just about say hello and I think that was to much for her. Love the car 2016 Honda touring, the car sells itself and you don't even need any fluff I would recommend this car 100% my salesman Newton Cintron was great but he had to do what the manager said and I will not put any blame on him. After I go for my first service I will update, this is my first Honda, I have bought many new cars so this is not my first go around with car dealers but this was the most interesting one. And finally yes I would recommend this dealership because I will not base everyone on 1 persons inability to do the best job they can do. More
