Nicholas is awesome! I was just getting a "college" car for my son, but we were both treated better than most places when buying new. My son & I both felt welcome & treated like friends. The calm, low pressure, to the point candor was refreshing. The finance guy (Jim?) went over and above like I've never seen, picking up paperwork right from my house when it snowed all day. The rest of the staff was also nice and helpful. We’ve purchased four cars from International campus (Toyota Sienna, Subaru Impressa and two Honda Odysseys), in great measure because of their professionalism, fairness and a distinct lack of contentio (Toyota Sienna, Subaru Impressa and two Honda Odysseys), in great measure because of their professionalism, fairness and a distinct lack of contentious, high-pressure gamesmanship. This is very comfortable, friendly atmosphere for the customer. They don’t mess around; they don’t waste your time, and they don’t "irritate the xxxx" out of you by pushing their agenda. It’s the best car-buying culture we’ve ever experienced. Nick Bohlen: When we needed a new Honda Odyssey, the first (and only) person we called was Nick Bohlen. He’s been extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, and NEVER comes off as pushy. His listening skills are excellent, which is something we’ve seldom seen in our car-buying experience. Another high point in his game is patience. In today’s chip-dominated world, car consumers need a lot of training, especially older ones like us. Nick patiently took us through the many options and settings – and there was not a hint of frustration on his face as we asked question after question. Excellent salesperson. Warranty Note: In the past, we’ve always turned down the offers of extended warranties, figuring when you’re buying a solid brand like Toyota or Honda, who needs a warranty. However, since Covid brought on the “chip crisis,” we opened our minds a bit. These cars perform some incredible high-tech functions, so when we were presented with a 5-year, add-on warranty covering everything, including all those delicate – and expensive – electronics, we opted in for the first time ever.
