The staff are great and they did a good job on my car. I am just as bit disgusted at how they nickel and dime us charging a $2.95 fee for paperwork and the labor rates give me pause. I know that the mechanics aren’t getting very much of that charge. In today’s world, with prices so high, I wonder how much of this overhead is truly necessary. More

My first time with my BMW 2003 Z4 roadster. They checked the concerns I had and suggested how they would take care of what they found.
