The staff is friendly and helpful when needed, the rating isn't perfect only because of timing. The purpose of a scheduled appointment is to be able to set time aside for whatever the case. I had a scheduled appointment for 4pm and the vehicle wasn't pulled into the shop till after 5:15pm. Timing is everything and understand that things happen and staff shortages etc, being in the service industry I know the pros and cons but regardless still have to adjust and adapt to running situations.
