Oil changed . .. I think, but the fluids were not topped up, or even checked. They didn't put a new sticker on to state next oil change date or mileage. When I went .. When I went back in my wheelchair and asked if they even verified the oil level, checked the transmission fluid level, power steering (which was I find out was low when from another person outside the dealership), I was told that they only top u washer fluid. I asked again if they even checked the other fluid levels and noted the it said they installed 6qts of oil and my vehicle calls for 7, He said they just put in what the vehicle calls for according to the VIN. I said my vehicle has called for 7 from the day I bought it here. I said I would be somewhat less concerned if I could easily check it myself, but since I'm in a wheelchair now it's hard for me to do it myself. He then said well we have new guys back there and we don't want to confuse them with too much information. The service writer then offed to get my window stick for the next change date and that was it. He didn't offer to have someone check the fluids. He didn't even offer to verify that I had the proper amount of oil in my vehicle. I was looking at purchasing another vehicle from this dealership, but this experience has made me reconsider that plan. I even had a GA member offer to help me with the purchase, but this lack of service experience soured me on Vision. It's unfortunate because the salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable. The problem is, where would I take that vehicle for service? It certainly wouldn't be this dealership. More

We purchased the vehicle and they broke the boot, gave it to us broken and when we NEEDED a car rental they lied we were able to get a rental at their dealership the same day and had to charge it back to you to us broken and when we NEEDED a car rental they lied we were able to get a rental at their dealership the same day and had to charge it back to you. Then there were recalls that took two years to get and I had to keep calling to see if they were in is my issue (not that parts weren’t available have no control over that) no one was keeping us informed. Lastly our drivers side seat has been “fixed” at least four times and still makes noise. Not fixed. Also, last service we should have had alignment recommended, the car shook and pulled to the right. How can you give a car back to a customer like that?! Not happy w service for over 3 years now. More
