The wait time to speak with your service adviser is slow. I think they are short staffed right now as I only saw one advisor in the department. Just had my 328i repaired at the BMW of Sudbury - water pump and thermostat, along with a few smaller things. The car had to be towed there without me. They received the car, sent a video examination of th pump and thermostat, along with a few smaller things. The car had to be towed there without me. They received the car, sent a video examination of the car, then followed up with an assignment. Repaired quickly and the service was exceptional. I recommend this BMW dealer. More

Terrific job I had the recent need to trade my X5 50 due to repetitive engine issues.
