Love my new Optima! The team at Paramount Kia in Hickory, NC is so very nice to work with. Nick T was so knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He was very pat The team at Paramount Kia in Hickory, NC is so very nice to work with. Nick T was so knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He was very patient and not pushy whatsoever. He even came in on his day off to assist with finishing up the paperwork. They worked until they were able to get me a payment I could afford. Buying a car is stressful to me, but Paramount Kia made it such a smooth and easy going experience. I feel confident that they are not only in business to make a profit, but to also provide the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, which seems to be so rare these days. THANK YOU, Paramount for my new Optima!! Great experience We were just looking at cars and really were planning on buying a car at a local dealership auto sale.
