I am originally from Hong Kong and relocated to Philadelphia years ago. I actually happened into my position by a happy accident. I was a Martin Main Line Honda Service customer for years and after speaking with one of the advisors they told me my knowledge and personality would make for a perfect salesman once I graduated. I thought “Why not?” and haven’t looked back since. I enjoy my job and look forward to helping you find your next Honda. Favorite Honda: There are no bad Hondas, but if I have to pick my favorite it would be the Civic. It is the best FWD-handling car overall. High resell value, a gas saver, reliable and compact for those smaller parking spots you want. I especially like the Civic Type R!

Many people don't like to deal with car dealers because they intend to sell you things other than the car itself. Ms. Lucy Hu is not the case. She made me feel as if I were her old friend. The trust is bui they intend to sell you things other than the car itself. Ms. Lucy Hu is not the case. She made me feel as if I were her old friend. The trust is built up which led me to make a buy decision. Even after I drove away I know I have Lucy there to back up on me. This is the reason I'm a returning customer and I recommend my network friends to check out Honda Mainline if ever decide to buy cars. More

I had an awful experience at Main Line Honda. The car I was initially told I could test drive was sold before my appointment and I was never told, they refused to give me a quote via email because, I'm par was initially told I could test drive was sold before my appointment and I was never told, they refused to give me a quote via email because, I'm paraphrasing but this was the gist, "no one would come in if they knew they'd be paying above MSRP." My salesperson also gave me excuses up and down about why they weren't more transparent including "dealerships won't give quotes over email" (WRONG), "we don't have time to tell customers that the car they were looking at was sold" (I was texted and called multiple times the day before and of to ensure I would show up to my appointment) and "the receptionists are incentivized to lie to you because they're paid based on who shows up for appointments" but never would give me a straight answer on why they never responded to an email I sent them a few weeks ago until I called. An absolute waste of my time. More

Nico Leung is a very thorough, friendly and competent sales man. He made the experience seamless and answered all my questions with the utmost confidence. Usually the finance portion is grueling and quite boring.He was very personable and took his time to ensure I knew everything I was signing. Answered all my questions.
