Salespitch was perfect! Had a very laid back approach to leasing a new vehicle. Nicole Garrett responded to my query through Anastasia Baldi and made an appointment with me t Had a very laid back approach to leasing a new vehicle. Nicole Garrett responded to my query through Anastasia Baldi and made an appointment with me to test drive the new 2020 Traverse. When I arrived Nicole had several vehicles pulled up. Nicole actually listened to me and didn't try to steer me to other vehicles on the lot. As a result to her no pressure service, I made a decision to lease one of the vehicles shown to me. The day was completed working with Justin Bird. Very happy with this team. Nicole remains helpful and answers my questions and has offered to help me with some new vehicle set ups. More
