Nicole was actually the best experience I have had at a dealership. She was energetic and fun she also understood that we were open to lots of information and she fed us with that information well. Inspire of a customer almost running her over in the parking lot as she was backing in a car , she brushed it right off and focused on us she came off the lot and shook my hand right away she made me feel welcomed. I have not felt that at Lexus of delay beach or Infiniti of palm beach I did not consider a BMW my husband loves Beemers but after her persistence and tanasity she made me team BMW. Emmanuel and Pierna would like to say thank you to Nicole and thesales manager he was very inviting also and ooh and the lady serving the orderves she was amazing we didnt eat anything all day and she just kept making me feel at ease. Nicole also gets my thanks for calling me back to go over the features of the car and I will do that because I am so confused so I will be back and refer all my husbans cliental from the tax office to you guys thank you for making me team BMW. P.S tell Nicole yes I am super excited to drive my first luxury car :) More

I normally do not like to buy cars; however I bought my last new car from Braham a BMW and decided to buy another but a pre-owned.
