I had my 2005 F150 serviced and after paying my $1,100 bill I get home and realize that my spare tire was moved into my truck bed so they could work on my truck. After leaving my truck at Palm Coast Ford service center for 5 days vehicle was returned to me without the issue resolved. Excuse after excuse. No follow-up regarding a part ordered. All along the technicia for 5 days vehicle was returned to me without the issue resolved. Excuse after excuse. No follow-up regarding a part ordered. The dealership was very helpful with my transportation problem by coming to my home to pick up my vehicle for recalls that needed to be done. The best part was it was finished in a few hours and delivered problem by coming to my home to pick up my vehicle for recalls that needed to be done.
