Exceptional service, thank you Nik! We purchased our first bmw from Nik at Parkview BMW 3 years ago. The 2016 528 xDrive served us great those years as we took it to them (Parkview BM We purchased our first bmw from Nik at Parkview BMW 3 years ago. The 2016 528 xDrive served us great those years as we took it to them (Parkview BMW) for general maintenance. We decided that we needed an upgrade and saw their 2018 M550; it had the spec we wanted and was the lowest mileage and highest optioned in the market. I called Nikolas Kois, who assisted us with the 528 before, and he set up a meeting the next afternoon. The deal was too great to not accept, I mean he welcomed us in to the dealership with the keys to the car! Moreover, we got great value for our trade-in, the 16’ 528. I want to thank my advisor Nikolas Kois, sales managers Adam Agiviev and Lambri Ratchev, and business manager Samantha Chow for making the process so smooth. Lastly, I would also like to thank product genius Raul Alexa for showing me the tech in the car. We’re always going to be coming back to Nick and his team for the next upgrade, they’re just like us, passionate towards BMW and that’s why we’re family. All the vehicles in the dealership are exceptionally well kept, and are priced best in the market. They definitely know what they are doing, and we are genuinely 11 out of 10 satisfied, thanks again Parkview for such a machine! More

Great Service! Nikolas was our sales advisor and made the entire experience a fun one. Just the best experience! We found the car of our dreams on the Parkview website on a Sunday during the COVID restrictions. By the end of the evening Nick had sent us a walk ar We found the car of our dreams on the Parkview website on a Sunday during the COVID restrictions. By the end of the evening Nick had sent us a walk around video and set up an appointment to see this 2012 fully outfitted Atacama yellow Z4 roadster for Tuesday and taken a payment to secure the vehicle for us. We were greeted warmly (even with masks!) and Nick gave us a detailed showing of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all the details of this particular vehicle and answered all our questions easily. It was fun seeing the enthusiasm the whole sales team had for this unique vehicle. Ellen guided us through the sales procedure with ease and made some suggestions that were great, especially adding tinted windows. The pick up a week later was smooth and we had a nice send off from Nick, Ellen, and Wes. We’ll be returning for annual service. Thank you to a great team! More
