I went to many dealerships and Nickolas was the ONLY age I recently got a 2016 328 M Sport from Parkview with the help of Nickolas Kois; great guy! I went to many dealerships and Nickolas was the ONLY agent who did not pull the “we have a no haggle policy” garbage on me. I called to make an offer, he happily submitted my offer and went beyond that! Nicolas Kois in my view is truly professional sales manager who cares about the customer experience and long term relationships. Roberto Corvo in the other hand was able to clarify all the issues regarding financing and warranty. I can judge as for many years prior to coming to Toronto I have been a client at Audi in Moscow (Russia) and Mercedes in Stuttgart (Germany).
