My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I've been coming to Darcars Toyota in Frederick for many years (I've bought 3 vehicles from the dealership, with the first one being at the Rt. 85 location!) The staff is first class, which is why I continue to return.

Nima has been my service manager for several years, and I hope he is there for many more. I know that he and his techs have my best interest and safety at the forefront. Nima is very easy to work with. He's honest and upfront, and I know that he will put forth much effort to ensure that I am taken care of. He actually cares about his customers and treats them like family, and that is a trait that is very hard to come by these days. I see the way he interacts with other customers as well as with his technicians, and he treats everyone with the utmost respect.

Mike, who is one of Nima's techs that generally works on my vehicles, does a great job. He too is very personable and honest, and delivers high quality workmanship.

I have great confidence when I leave the dealership that my vehicles are in sound working order. And, I know that if any repairs are in order, Nima and team will have my back at the "drop of hat."

Thank you Nima and Team! See you in a couple thousand miles for my next service.

Every time I take my car in for a scheduled service the staff is pleasant and helpful. They always complete the work in the estimated time and tell me about any suggested work without applying pressure to get the work done right then. They are always courteous and treat us with respect. We have purchased two cars from them and always take them to the service department for regular maintenance.

ive been to two other toyot dealers regularly and they are very good but this group is a cut above from the personal service they give to the work done on the vehicle. Its nice to get the vehicle back clean(free car wash) and no stains inside from workers(which ive seen too often in the past at other places).
Also the waiting area is second to none with snakcs, drinks, wifi, tv, computer, etc. Its just that good and I am glad I am working in the area so I get to experience top notch service.

I have been coming to Darcars of Frederick since the new store opened on Rt 85 several years ago. I have had all my cars serviced there and never had any issues. In the past I've had a Honda Civic and Accord, Acura 3.2 TL and Integra GT-R, Audi A4, Hyundai XG300; and bought my last car, a Toyota Prius, there because I've always had positive experiences. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and unlike most dealerships have not tried to sell me services I didn't need. I've had a transmission changed, complete tune-ups, timing belts changed, brakes, and wheel bearings work done there in addition to the regular maintenance. I have the utmost confidence in the people at this dealership and recommend them to family and friends all the time.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I purchased my Rav4 from Darcars in 2005 when they were out on Rt 40, and quite honestly, loved the small, homey feeling that dealership had. When they opened their new location on Buckeystown Pike I was concerned that they would get the big car dealership mentality. At first my fears were confirmed but after they had time to adjust to the change, they hired some great service people, namely Nima Mirhadi, and I am once again happy. Nima has brought back that small, homey feeling again by never forgetting who I am, what has or has not been done to my vehicle, being honest about what really needs to be done, and most importantly, by treating me and everyone else (internally and externally) as a part of his personal family. As a woman, it is hard to find a car repair shop that doesn’t think of you as someone who is completely clueless about your vehicle and thinks they can sucker you into this or that. Nima definitely takes that fear away and because of him, I have no doubts when going to the dealership for my repairs. I know he has my back and that means more than words can explain. As for the rest of the dealership, don’t know if things have changed any since I first purchased by Rav4 but I am will certainly place them first of my list when the time comes that I need another Toyota.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I bought my first Toyota (Corolla) from Darcars in 1996. I bought my current Toyota (Camry), new, in February 2006. Seyed Mirhadi (Nima, as we call him), started taking care of the service details around 2007. Since then I always request him when I call for service. He has always been polite, helpful, and honest. I took my car in last week for routine service and they found a major part which needed to be replaced; it would have cost me over $900. Nima checked my records and found that I was only 17 days past the warranty date. He checked with his supervisor, called me back, and told me that Darcars would take care of it. Nima made a special effort to help me with this unexpected expense. It’s nice to know that he looks out for his customers.

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I'm doing this review for the guys at Darcars. I bought my car from Eldridge Moses back in the day and since he left I've always gone to Nima as my first go to for anything involving my car or maintenance. Jason Barber the service manager takes care of things efficiently and effectively. The staff is very personable, and the guys doing the work are knowledgeable. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, I go there which is an hour drive at least from my school/apartment if i'm not at my home.
