Pleasant experience, got the car I've been wishing for. Friendly, helpful staff-from salesman to sales manager, to the finance manager to the technical specialist. And, since I hadn't eaten that day, and we were there for a few hours, I asked if there was somewhere nearby where I could buy a sandwich, and the salesman brought us pizza and sandwiches! The worst sales manager I ever met! This guy don't have any courtesy and respect for customers. I have been a loyal customer of Honda for 8 years (plus 4 or 5 of my friends and neighbors This guy don't have any courtesy and respect for customers. I have been a loyal customer of Honda for 8 years (plus 4 or 5 of my friends and neighbors have bought a CRV car because of my recommendations) But this guy is the worst sales manager I ever met. Please do a favor to yourself and avoid a headache. Don't buy a car at Main Line Honda. Worst team ever. More

Main Line Honda delivers This was my third car buy from Main Line Honda. They are pleasant and honest. I also loved the "tutorial" I was given when I picked up the new car so This was my third car buy from Main Line Honda. They are pleasant and honest. I also have used their excellent service department for 20+ years. More

Very rude manager and hard lease return Tried two weeks to return my leased car and no luck, finally walk in to dealer and they were very rude about not having an appointment. Gary directly denied to take our car return because i'm not buying another car. Tried to talk to nicholai the most rude manager i ever faced. He directly denied to return my plates that i transfer from my previous car, they are claiming this plates belongs to honda. Those are my plates and i want to transfer them to my next car and i'm sure those plates belongs to me. Manager is very rude and just hang up on me and did not even give me any receipt of receiving my car with actual milleage disclosoure. More
