It's always a good experience servicing my Tucson with Rick. He's like a an old family friend and keeps me informed as the work progresses. Poor service, dropped it off at 9:00 am for service and didn’t receive my car till 3:30 pm , upon getting my truck back someone put a big scratch on my front fender thinking I wouldn’t notice it….. I just didn’t receive my car till 3:30 pm , upon getting my truck back someone put a big scratch on my front fender thinking I wouldn’t notice it….. I just bought the truck ,what would make you think that I wouldn’t notice it…. the worker’s should have more respect for customers cars and take care of it like it’s theirs….. Management you should talk to your workers so this kind of behavior doesn’t happen again…. More
