Nobu Damon has been my Service Advisor since I purchased the car in 2015. He has always exceeded my expectations. He is the major reason I still have my car service at Christopher Cadillac. Service is great, but they never have loaner cars available. When someone has a manufacture defect, as in the frunk latch malfunctioning and not being able to close it.
