Its was a delight working with Tony Chang Working with Tony is always a pleasure, i just got done buying our third vehicle with him. It seems like with each purchase the experience gets better Working with Tony is always a pleasure, i just got done buying our third vehicle with him. It seems like with each purchase the experience gets better every time. He never disappoints, and always willing to help. He gets us the best price and deals available. Always works to get you in the right vehicle for your budget. Tony is very friendly and attentive when working with you. Noman was also very helpful and nice. He addressed my whole family, and not just me. Noman made sure to explain all paper work thoroughly, and helped to get my family and i into a price we were comfortable with. The over all experience was great, and makes me look foward to purchasing a 4th vehicle with Wilde toyota, and Tony Chang. More

He followed up with calls as he promised and I felt confident he was truely working on our behalf. I would recommend him as a salesperson to ask for. Poor Follow-Up Leonard was okay as a sales person. I had to come to the dealership three separate times before seeing 2 vans of interest. The first time I went there Leonard was okay as a sales person. I had to come to the dealership three separate times before seeing 2 vans of interest. The first time I went there he couldn't find the van. I waited 30 minutes before leaving. I contacted him 2 days later he said it was ready to be viewed, but it wasn't as it was getting ported. So again, I traveled there for nothing. Leonard and Matthew Husting tried to pressure me to take the dirty van home overnight and saying it would be sold. The process of purchasing the was pretty smooth, because I have good credit and down payment. The issue was Doug Buer left for 2 hr lunch and per Leonard Matthew Husting as upset because he felt this should have been his deal, because I met him a few days early where he tried to pressure me to take the car home overnight. I had to wait 2 hrs for Doug to arrive to close the deal. This was frustrating. Once we finalized numbers and I did the credit application Leonard left me at his desk while he wondered around helping customers who came in for test drives. While waiting for Leonard and finance I spent about 1.5 hrs with Michael Seawright (very nice/professional/Loves food) as I think he felt obligated to talk with me, because Leonard was gone 20 minutes at a time assisting other people. Several staff made comments about Leonard not being present as they tried to make light of the situation. It was very unprofessional. I have purchased at least 5 cars and never has a sales person be more unorganized by having me come out 3 times and lacking any customer services/interest after the deal was locked in. The problem is 2 days after the purchase I noticed rust behind one of the sliding doors. It was bad enough that pieces of the metal was flaking off. I took it to a body shop and was quoted $225 to fix. I emailed Leonard and Doug and left several voicemails to ask if they could assist me by sending the van to Wilde's shop to get it repaired at their cost, and I would pay for the repair. I also added that I don't expect them to fix it, but to call me to let me know if this was possible. Neither responded. After several attempts via email and phone I called Leonard from my work phone and he answered. Once on the phone he denied getting any of messages and said he would ask and call me back. I reminded him to call back even if Wilde could not assist with my request as I planned on getting it repaired anyway. Well that was on 4/15/19 and still no call. All I have to say is that due to all this I would think twice before dealing with Wilde, because of my experience. This is my second car purchase and 5th family purchase. Now time for the real issue. The service department called me about an airbag recall that should of been fixed prior to purchase. I worked with Chis Dixon. After the airbag was fixed he recommended several services which are as follows: break fluid drain and fill, transmission drain and fill, throttle body cleaning, spark plug replacement, and coolant drain and fill. What Chris didn't know is that I have a carfax, plus registered the car on Toyota which provided additional service records that were not on the carfax. The issue that all the services except the break fluid replacement was done at 60k and 90k at WILDE TOYOTA!!! The bigger issue was that Chris took me to his computer and only showed me the coolant replacement and throttle body cleaning was done. He neglected to show me the other records. He didn't even offer me the coupon for $100 transmission flush and fill. I want to know how could this happen?? Chis must of thought I was rich or dumb or both. The only reason why this happened is because he wanted a commission!! I took this as being predatory as some customers are too trusting. The lack of communication, follow through, customer service, dishonesty, and professionalism are huge concerns and makes me think different of Wilde. For my service needs I still want to utilize Wilde, but I would like to have a conversation with someone regarding this email first as this experience has diminished my trust in the group. More

Great buying experience for my new 2019 Corolla Hatchback! My original car buying plans fell through, and I found myself in a real pinch on time. I called Wilde and they connected me straight to Rachel Lovora. She was immediately on top of things, got everything lined up quickly - the financials, the delivery on my tight timing needs, everything. It was great! She was super helpful, getting me all the info I needed, and honestly just a really pleasant person to work with. I never felt pressured or rushed, while at the same time feeling like things were moving along in a quick, efficient manner. She made the whole experience so positive - and exciting! When it came time to start signing the paperwork I was kind of nervous - it's a lot of money, over a lot of time, and this was my first car purchase on my own. I'm really glad I got to work with Noman for this part of the process. He explained everything in a really clear and personable way, and went through all my options without making me feel like I was being pressured into anything. I really appreciated that approach, especially since I went into the process without much background knowledge about what to expect. I was afraid of being overwhelmed - and it *was* a lot of information! - but he was super patient and I feel really confident in the choices I made with his help. My whole experience at Wilde was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to any local shoppers on the market for a Toyota! More

Tony is great! Finance guy Noman not so much! Only giving 5 stars because of Tony. This is the 2nd car Tony has helped me purchase and as a family we have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. To Only giving 5 stars because of Tony. This is the 2nd car Tony has helped me purchase and as a family we have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. Tony never pressures you and let’s you test drive as many cars as you want. Great sense of humor! This is however the first time I am disappointed and upset with my purchase on financing side. Noman, Yeah was courteous, kind and respectful(which they have to be) but also pushy and sneaky. Initially said no to any extra coverage or warranty because they can offer it to you but you can decline. After I initially said no to everything he convinced me to get the gap insurance, which I was OK with. He then said he would talk to his boss about the warranty renewal because I declined that. He walks away comes back a few minutes later and says “he’s going to renew your warranty”. Says he would cover everything for three years at the 36,000 miles or so whatever it was that he said. So I was like great that’s awesome!Didn’t think anything of it.It was a Saturday I was absolutely the last customer there. They closed at five it was already close to 7 PM and I felt a little rushed. So I didn’t get to thoroughly read all my paperwork as I normally do. Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail about some warranty transfer. This made me pull out all my paperwork and go through it. Something I should have done from the beginning, but with my busy schedule just did not have the time Come to find out what I thought was a free warranty renewal was not free at all. Again my fault for not reading my paperwork throughly Like I normally do but because this is not my first purchase with them I wouldn’t think I would have anything to worry about because I trust what people tell me to my face and all my other purchases have been that way where what they tell me is what is on the paperwork. To my surprise I see additional charges for the gap insurance that I agreed to get plus charges for care package and warranty package A cost an additional services that I did not agree to purchase that I was made to believe I was receiving for free as a courtesy. So I had to go in person and have this taken care of. I was so infuriated that I would be taken advantage of this way. This is the first time this has been done to me out of all my visits and purchases there. So it’s quite disappointing. So of course now because of all the additional charges my monthly payment was higher than I wanted it to be and they tell me they can cancel all these extra services but my monthly payment won’t change just the total cost of the purchase so I’ll have to Take more time out of my schedule after cancellation is And the refund is processed to refinance to the amount that it should be or should have been from the beginning. So a caution to everyone READ Everything before you sign !!!look at all the totals before you sign and if something doesn’t look right have it corrected immediately. I know it was last day of the month and they were trying to get their numbers in to make their sales for the month but to do this to a repeated customer Shows that all that really mattered was making that sale and throwing more cost on top of that sale, not really caring about the budget that you want to stick with.Truly disappointed and know better to ever do my financing through them again. Should have gone directly to one my banks first. Do your own financing first before going to make a purchase , less hassle. It truly pisses me off that this kind of stuff happens, JUST BE HONEST! HONESTY goes a long way. No one likes being lied or sneaked into something. Do better! More

Toyota Tacoma We drove an hour and a half to Wilde, to look at a Tacoma. They were very friendly, not pushy but kept us informed.
