I was able to make an appointment promptly and with ease. Chuck is always very welcoming and responsive. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They also double checked my tire tread depth. So far three tires measured 4/32 and one was 3/32 so I have a little longer before receiving the $600 tire incentive. The technician ventured to look at filters as well and did not replace my glove box correctly. I’m happy they checked. I just wish they would have taken the time to properly reinstall things so I did not have to go behind them to correct it. Overall, a smooth, positive experience. More

Have been waiting on a part for this repair for several months. Was contacted by the service/parts center that I could now schedule my service as the part arrived. Left my truck at the service center and h months. Was contacted by the service/parts center that I could now schedule my service as the part arrived. Left my truck at the service center and had to Uber home because no loaner vehicles were available. A few hours later I received a call that the part needed in fact was not there and it would several more months (its exhaust manifold bolts). More

I took my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told my oil plug was stripped - LKN jeep changed the oil last time. I had a new girl Cindy this time and she was Great! Great Communication and all. She asked for all details and was very great to work with so these comments to not reflect on her. But on the service of my vehicle I am Very disappointed. I bought this truck brand new At this location, I have had many issues. It was in the shop back and forth. They came correct for the most part until the warranty expired. I have recalls that were send to me from Chrysler ( i have the paper work) and they have not warrantied not one part. It has been diagnosed with the electronic throttle control problems many times that have me left me and my family on the side of the road and I was told it was the air filter. There are codes that are reflected back to the recalls but were deleted as they said they were not the issue. (xx) because I have the codes!!! It Definitely was not an air filter. Unfortunately I understand the reason is because there is no money in the recalls. , In fact they wanted me to spend 5K on things they addressed but that was not even part of the issue. I just wish they would stand behind the recalls and come correct so I do not break down again. I love my dodge but this place has gone down hill since I bought it here. More
