As I arrived to the dealership, the sales consultant, Norman had the vehicle parked in front of the entrance. About 30 minutes prior, I just sent in a request to receive more information about the vehicl Norman had the vehicle parked in front of the entrance. About 30 minutes prior, I just sent in a request to receive more information about the vehicle. Mount Pleasant Chevrolet was the first dealership to contact me. Once I got there, we went on a test drive for about 10 minutes I think. When we returned, I told him that I really liked the vehicle and was interested in hearing more. Filled out the necessary paperwork to begin the process to discuss numbers for the vehicle. After about 1 hour and a half, a deal was completed. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience. The personal sales consultants and a pleasant environment made this process very easy. I have been to other dealerships in the area, at most of them the environment was uncomfortable. The salesmen treated me like a sale, not a customer. Mount Pleasant Chevrolet sales consultants are fantastically in customer service. They all was very pleasant to speak with and had patience. I worked in some of the best customer service companies in the world and I understand what it takes to be very successful working in a customer service position. These guys are trained perfectly to be a successful company that serves their customers first before you sale it to them. I also love the fact that most of the sales consultants are military veterans. I highly support companies that support our veterans. All these men are great people. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I began my shopping day on their web site. I was looking for a truck. I left some information, and in a short time, I was called to set up an appointment to come check out what they have to offer. I set my appointment for an hour after the phone call. I went into the dealership and was greeted immediately by several people. It was a warming welcome. I met the general manager upon arrival. The original salesman I was scheduled for, had some other obligations, however, they made a quick change, and I was given a salesman (Norman Sasnett) that was there for me every step. He answered every question, and was knowledgeable about inventory and my possibilities. My appointment time was set for 5:00pm, and when we found the vehicle I was looking for, did all paperwork, and all was done, It was a little after closing, 9:00pm. I'm OK with the timing, because I expected it. I have never gone to a dealership that was "quick". I think the more time they are willing to take, the better your experience will be in the end. You'll get EXACTLY what you came for. Their closing time was 9:00pm, and Norman stayed and helped me move my stuff (A GOOD BIT OF STUFF) from my other vehicle into the new one. He was a great help all the way around. I would recommend folks to go and check this dealership out. Good experience. More
