Professional We were considering a Jeep Compass, but we live 300 miles away from this dealership. Oliver and I corresponded via phone and email, and it went great. He was thorough and professional - so much so that we flew down to look at two vehicles. While there, we also worked with Ken. Since the vehicles were covered in snow, he had them brought into the shop to be washed and warmed up so that we could see what they actually looked like. Great guys! More

After I settled on a truck, I told him my bottom line on trade in value and what I'd be willing to pay for the new truck. Oliver didn't play games with the numbers, and after a few minutes discussion with the manager, we were signing papers. Excellent experience from start to finish. More
