Great experience I had a great buying experience at Tustin Mazda. I had Omar reach out to me really quickly with what Mazda I was looking at, what trim and color I was interested in. He had a similar car waiting for me to test drive at my appointment. I had my test drive with Janell who was very nice and easy to work with. She was able to locate the car with all the things I wanted in it. They didn’t have my car at the Tustin location but they were able to get it to me by the next day and even set me up with a loaner until they brought it to me. It was through the Costco Auto program that we were contacted by Jim and Omar at OC Mazda. From the time we stepped onto the lot, we had a wonderful experience. We found the atmosphere to be relaxed and the staff friendly. Both Omar and Jim were incredibly knowledgeable w/the car that we were considering (CX5) & Omar made the test drive fun. Even when we advised that we had a few more cars to test drive, they did not pressure us at all. They showed us the price, offers etc through the no haggle Costco program. It was fantastic. We ended up returning to OC Mazda 30 minutes before they closed and they were all so accommodating. Omar did everything to make the deal smooth and palatable to say the very least. Debbie, the finance manager was great to work with as well. We could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend that anyone considering a Mazda visit the warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff at OC Mazda! Thanks guys, for being AWESOME! More

He explained the features of the car, patiently answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the different models and options. Omar was not your typical high pressure salesman. We never once felt hurried or pushed to make a decision. I would highly recommend this dealership and Omar to anyone looking for a new Mazda. More

I live in Cerritos and there is a Mazda dealership there but I drive all the way to Tustin, just to deal with Omar (and I personally hate driving! lol). He's a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and what I like best is that he genuinely wants to help you, and sets the bar high when it comes to customer service. I am super analytical, write down and calculate everything, a total numbers person. Omar was very patient with me and explained and broke down all the details of my car deal without hesitation. I felt very comfortable and not pressured when purchasing my Mazda (unlike at another dealership in my city that I had made the mistake of dealing with) and I am so happy with my new car!
