FAKE "CERTIFIED" INSPECTION - SOLD UNSAFE VEHICLE. MANAGER IGNORES CUSTOMERS. "BEWARE if you are buying a 'Certified Pre-Owned' (CPO) vehicle here. The 125-point inspection they claim to perform is a LIE. I bought a 2022 RAM 1500 (Stock V5T739216A) on Jan 14, 2026. 1. Less than 48 hours after purchase, the truck suffered a complete electrical failure. The battery was dead, and the Power Steering system failed while driving. 2. I took the truck to another authorized RAM dealership for an independent diagnostic. They confirmed the battery was defective, held no charge, and was the sole cause of the failure. 3. This proves AventuraJDRnever actually inspected the battery or ignored the failure to save money. I fixed the issue myself to avoid being stranded. I emailed the General Manager, Oren Cohen, and my salesperson multiple times simply asking for reimbursement for the part I had to buy. Total silence. They took my money and stopped caring. Don't trust their 'Certified' sticker. It means nothing. I have reported this to RAM Corporate." More

Dealership experience was awful. I should have heeded the advice of other reviewers. I will try to keep this short… This dealer was advertising 2 identical Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve vehicles. We made contact with Sarah online and several phone calls. We scheduled a test drive and Sarah said she would be our sales person at the dealership. We drove 3hrs and had phone calls with her 10 mins before arriving at the dealership. Sarah stated she would have one of the Jeeps pulled up front and waiting on us. We arrived and guess what., no Sarah. Our future salesman said, Sarah is an internet contact only. He also said they don’t have either of the two Jeeps available that we came to see. Infuriating to say the least we should have left immediately, but really wanted the Jeep we came for. Salesman said one of the Jeeps sold three days ago and the other one is in the parking garage with a dead battery. The story doesn’t get better. I will skip to the end. We were at the dealership for almost 8 hours. We ended up buying the Jeep with the dead battery, which resulted in returning to the dealer 2 days later for two new batteries. The service experience wasn’t to bad. The financing department was exactly how others have reviewed. They play games, don’t answer simple questions, and hide extra fees until you are signing everything in a rush bc you are there for hours. My review is skipping a lot of detail. This was the single worst car buying experience of my life to date. I have had good experiences at other dealerships. Her is the only reason why we bought the Jeep. We did our research and it was exactly the Jeep we wanted and couldn’t find. More

Worst experience ever. I wanted to pay cash, but they wouldn't honor the advertised price unless I financed the vehicle. They added LoJack, paint protector, and undercoating for an extra $1900 that could not be removed and was on top of the advertised price. They gave me no option but to e-sign all of the documents on my phone where I couldn't read what I was signing and they declined to summarize each document for me as I requested. They tried to put the mileage of the truck being purchased on the affidavit for the car we were trading in, which was lower by 30,000 miles. After purchasing, we found the windshield washer spray was not working and they refused to fix it. I would have walked out, but my son had done a lot of research and really wanted this vehicle, and I didn't want to sorely disappoint him when we had driven so far to get this. I would never deal with these people again. More
