Previous service people would just look at the age of the car and use the standard recommendations, but with the low mileage my car was way off schedule, and I would end up having to argue about why the car probably didn't need new tires yet or many of the other typical routine services. Oscar pays attention to the age and the mileage, and everything works beautifully.
