I rarely enjoy purchasing an automobile. In this case I was interested in what was not so readily available -- a Tacoma with a standard 6' bed, 4wd, 4 cylinders with a manual transmission in a SR5 series. was interested in what was not so readily available -- a Tacoma with a standard 6' bed, 4wd, 4 cylinders with a manual transmission in a SR5 series. It seems many/most of the trucks come with automatic transmissions. Anyway, Mr. Canales worked hard to find one, bring it to the dealership and offer me a fairly good price for it. Mr. Canales keep in touch, without being over-bearing, and tried to make sure I was comfortable with the truck he could find and at a price that seemed fair. After making the initial deal with Mr. Canales, my wife and I was then brought to Mr Belhadi to work out the details. This was also a much more pleasant experience than I have normally gone through. By the end of all of the explanations and signings both my wife and I were pleased with the entire deal and drove home to Southern Maryland were we live. I should point out I tried to get another Toyota dealer to match the deal that Koons had offered, but they would not do so in a good faith manner. That is another story, but germane as to why I returned to Koons to purchase this truck. More

Overall experience we had with Koons in Arlington and Oscar, our sales rep, was great. He is very friendly and nice person. I thought the service was outstanding. At first they were tentative about telling me too much about financing (i.e. interest rates) before showing me cars, but they quickly accomodated me when they saw were tentative about telling me too much about financing (i.e. interest rates) before showing me cars, but they quickly accomodated me when they saw that was important and the financing rep told me about rates for the car I was looking at. I think they were honest and fair and we bargained a bit on the price but they respected the notion that I would leave elsewhere to find a competitive price and in fact met the initial price I requested which I knew was a fair, though good, price. Buying the car was a big purchase and they made me feel it was the right one. They also guided me through other models I was considering. I honestly wasn't intending on buying a car for another week but Oscar made me feel like I was making the right decision and getting a price that was good for both of us and that the purchase was the right move. I would have perhaps liked to hear a little more about packages and features available. It was after I went home that I realized I wanted to add a Blue tooth which I did, along with the leather - I called and it was arranged, no problem. Diego was very fast with the turnaround and when I picked up the car he was thorough in demonstraing how to use the bluetooth. Even though I would have liked to learn more in some cases, to be honest, I was at the dealership for four hours and I think I learned the most important things to make a decision. Additionally they had lunch available for us which helped us cope with the stay. Even my three year old survived very well indeed. Richard was also very good with financing and explaining options. I was very pleased all around and would go back and recommend the dealership toother. More

Working with the team at Koon Arlington Toyota was a great experience. I had a phone call with the sales person, Oscar Canales, to confirm the sale price prior to walking into the dealership. They did honor the price when I got there, which is the most important thing in buying a car. I was there earlier than the appointment time. Oscar was busy with other customers. The manager, Chris Kronzer, greeted me and started helping out with the forms for financing application to save me some time. Later working with finance director, Alex Belhadi, was filled with Q & A. I spent a lot of time there just to make sure that I understand everything and Alex was very patient to answer all my questions. Without a doubt, they will have my recommendation and have my business when I need a car. More
