Not only were they efficient, they were extremely thoughtful in how they explained what was needed to service my 2012 Jetta GLI. I was interested in the new Jetta 20221/22 and they introduced me to Sales Team, and again Shannon exceeded expectations. She took her time explaining the new model, looked for and found the EXACT car I was planning to purchase. Bottom line could not be happier with the service and the whole organization. Purchased the new car, traded in the previous vehicle and both Jennifer and Shannon made that process flawless. Many thanks to the Service and Sales Teams @ City Volkswagen of Evanston. More
