They were upfront and honest and answered all of my questions. I felt like they truly cared about making sure that I felt comfortable and fully happy with my decision. Veronica was especially helpful in showing me around my new car and all of the amazing features it included. She even made sure to set it up so it automatically locks when I walk away from it and I will continue to be safe. I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership and the staff. Working with HB Mazda was a smooth process from start to finished. I began my conversations with Tyson via text and email. He did a great job of providing me with a solid offer and was willing to provide an finished. I began my conversations with Tyson via text and email. He did a great job of providing me with a solid offer and was willing to provide any changes or updates I needed. Once I visited the store, my girlfriend and I were able to jump in a car and get a test drive in. Eric then helped us finalize the numbers and was extremely transparent with us and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. When I had some last second changes I wanted to make to the offer, Ozzy was gracious and spiced up the deal to a point we could not refuse. Overall I had a fantastic experience and everyone on the staff was willing and ready to help. Thank you to the HB Mazda team! More
