Be prepared to wait forever! I come here for maintenance because it's part of my extended warranty. I'm always waiting FOREVER. This time I waited over 2 hours after I was told i I come here for maintenance because it's part of my extended warranty. I'm always waiting FOREVER. This time I waited over 2 hours after I was told it wouldn't take more than an hour. I had to find my service person after an hour and forty minutes because I had not heard a thing. I was doing scheduled maintenance that didn't even include an oil change. I was also 20 minutes early to my appointment. I DREAD taking my car in for this very reason. The previous time I was going to be late to pick up my child from school. They were going to charge me to take a service car because I was being inconvenienced. If the service department can't handle the volume of cars, stop taking so many appointments. No one should have to wait for this long to do general maintenance. My service person was friendly, but he did not communicate well. And he seemed annoyed when I came to check on my status. More
