The service techs are very friendly and professional. The work in the shop seems to be done competently and timely. The waiting area for the service group is very well appointed. My only complaint is with the scheduling group - their phone etiquette and product knowledge has some growing to do. Not bad, but not on par with everything else here. More

It has all changed since Mike has left . You have to question everything they are suppose to do . I bought 20 oil and tire rotations was told I did not have that when I called to make my app You have to question everything they are suppose to do . Had to ask and show my paper work work when I got there do not throw any paper work away if you buy a car with them if you have any type of warranty. I wish Mike was still there he took great care of me anytime I was there. I was never questioned when I came in to get a I’ll change when he was there. Man how things have changed there since he left. More

I waited for my Outback for over 4 hours for service. I had a new windshield put in the 2023 Outback (Onyx XT). I traded in the same vehicle for a new Outback at your dealership, as you encouraged me w I had a new windshield put in the 2023 Outback (Onyx XT). I traded in the same vehicle for a new Outback at your dealership, as you encouraged me with a great deal. I bought a 2025 Touring XT, Outback, and am very happy with it. I came back on Saturday to have the tires and rims taken off my old Onyx and put on the Touring. I waited over 4 hours for that to be done as well. I had an appointment scheduled for it. I don't know why it takes so long, but I am more interested in quality than quick time. This is my 5th or 6th Subaru that I have purchased from this dealership. I think I will hold onto this one for a while. More
