Service area was busy at 2pm on a Thursday, so I had to wait a bit to speak with Jessie. But he listened to/answered all my questions & gave me an accurate time estimate for when my vehicle would likely be wait a bit to speak with Jessie. But he listened to/answered all my questions & gave me an accurate time estimate for when my vehicle would likely be ready. I appreciated Hunter’s service bay video that was sent to my phone. After a couple more texts from/to Jessie, I got the “it’s ready” text around 4pm. Cashier was informative and helpful too. Overall, a very good service experience. More

The service techs are very friendly and professional. The work in the shop seems to be done competently and timely. The waiting area for the service group is very well appointed. My only complaint is with the scheduling group - their phone etiquette and product knowledge has some growing to do. Not bad, but not on par with everything else here. More
