I have been coming to this dealership with my family since the 90’s. My father would always get the next year model Infiniti J30 and my best friend’s mom would always get the next year model Infiniti QX since the 90’s. My father would always get the next year model Infiniti J30 and my best friend’s mom would always get the next year model Infiniti QX4. Fast forward about 30 years and I am still loyal to them for any concern. About a decade ago I found a pristine, last model, Infiniti J30 from Texas, black on black, with just under 100,000 miles. Once I got it here and started driving it, there were understandable issues and I reached out to the team at Circle. Pam has been my service writer for over a decade and she continually goes above and beyond what any dealership, especially a prestigious one like Circle, would do to resolve the issues at hand and offer consultation during the process. I still have my J30 with well over 200,000 miles on it. I then bought a last model Infiniti QX4. This SUV/Truck was quite the project. I was working on building a lift kit while simultaneously dealing with engine and transmission issues. I once again reached out to Pam and Circle Infiniti’s Service team to see if we could come up with a plan. With Pam’s influence and Mike’s expertise alongside Todd’s willingness to move forward we took on a giant build. We ended up doing a transmission rebuild and engine swap alongside various other add-ons and hop-ups. Today the truck is driving strong with a rebuilt upper engine, custom exhaust, rebuilt transmission, while sitting on 22” rims, 6” wider axle stance and 6” of lift. This machine would not be road worthy if not for the efforts of Circle Infiniti’s Service team. On my end, my primary thanks and credit have to be given to Pam and Mike. I also have an 04 M45 which I have done extensive custom work and modding to, all while keeping it in compliance of inspection and highway safety. When I bought this car it needed an overhaul of many different systems. I did the suspension, brakes, dual SS exhaust, intake. Circle tuned up and corrected my work, no questions asked. They did a full service, every fluid was flushed and swapped and Mike wrote up a list of possible tasks to address down the line. Right now the M45 is in their shop having exhaust headers put on, rebuild of the upper engine with new valve covers, injectors, plugs, hosing, radiator... the works. We are also having the transmission tuned up and rebuilt. I have no doubt that when Pam and her team finish up my beast, it will not only be road worthy again, but it would smoke the factory version, brand new from the showroom floor. They never cease to impress and I have never had any issues with what we discuss and what is being done. They are not a customs shop, they are a dealership, but you’d be hard pressed to find one that is more communicative and willing to work with their customers. I hope anyone that has an Infiniti and needs some serious work done goes to Circle. You cannot send these very specific and specialized machines to your average shop. They will not have the knowledge and ability to keep your car in good working order. My appreciation for this team knows no bounds. I’m excited for the next project we work on in the future. More

When calling this dealership, a live person immediately answers rather than going around in circles through a long non functional menu! How delightful! My wife and I are so very pleased with this dealership. We are leasing our third QX50. Circle Infiniti could not be any more the opposite. No hassle, no pressure, efficient and respectful treatment is always enjoyed from Evan in sales, and Ann and Yuri in service. The vehicle runs so very well that we see them mostly for routine maintenance. I honestly feel that the QX50 handles better than the MDX. I’ve enjoyed driving for 45 years, and it has been my pleasure dealing with Infiniti. More
