Pam is awesome!! For my first brand new car purchase I expected nervousness and pain. Pam upon reception made this process so easy, I cant believe it happened so fast. pam was very good and personable and attentive too what I was looking for and needed but wasn't pressured too buy or lease I had a 2013 and didn't need too trade or lease but after all the checking and w I was looking for and needed but wasn't pressured too buy or lease I had a 2013 and didn't need too trade or lease but after all the checking and work effort put in and the results that was made I decided too try a lease for the first time in my life --even those I might of been able too use a ford plan the deal was good enough too try the lease.. I thank you for your time and effort put in for this deal appreciate the effort and help also put forth too see if my sister was able too do something but under the circumstance and cost involved too her we were unable too help too much owed on a older vehicles with too many miles (and also thank you roger ) Thanks again and in closing I do like the ford Edge(2014) ever since my youngest daughter shown them too me, roomy(frt and back) and my seats all the way back and tilted handles nice back-up camera is great More

Pam and the Ganley Ford West Sales Team worked with me to find just the car I was looking for and at a price that met the competition. this was an unplanned purchase due to an auto accident and Pam went out find just the car I was looking for and at a price that met the competition. this was an unplanned purchase due to an auto accident and Pam went out of her way to help me obtain a replacement at a right price!! My original car was purchased at Ganley Ford West and this experience was the best so far! And with over 35 years of car buying behind me, that speaks volumes. Keep up the good work and THANKS!!! Ganley West is a family dealership from us, and it's nice to stay in the Ford family. I've had a lot of success with the garage as well.
