Excellent service, pleasant and efficient! I worked with Jeff at counter when I came in. I drove in and immediately someone was at the car window to evaluate situation. Referred to Jeff..calle I worked with Jeff at counter when I came in. I drove in and immediately someone was at the car window to evaluate situation. Referred to Jeff..called tucson dealer I had preciously seen. Immediately I explained the problem. Jeff Arranged a loaner for me, so I could leave car there. Pa was friendly and efficient. I received updates on progress of car..when work was done immediately notified! I could not have asked for better service or work!! Have told several people of efficient service! More

They clearly explained what was in need of repair without pressuring me to have the repairs done all at once. The waiting area was as comfortable as a nice hotel lobby. Takes care of their customers We put on a lot of miles so we are in the service center frequently. They take great care of us and any time we have had an issue, they work with us We put on a lot of miles so we are in the service center frequently. They take great care of us and any time we have had an issue, they work with us to find a resolution. When our first Honda broke a 2nd timing belt in less then a year, it was Walser service techs who suggested it would be cheaper to get a newer used engine then for us to pay the labor cost to take our engine apart and find the issue. I appreciate that they looked out for us like that instead of racking up the hours. More
