I recently traded in my much loved cadilac deville at chicago motor cars, and my experience with them was excellent. I was reffered to them by a friend and I was very nervous because although I have had chicago motor cars, and my experience with them was excellent. Mark Foster guided my thru payment process with ease. I ended up with a 2011 chevy malibu with a warranty and a car payment i can very much afford. I love my new car More

During the negotiation process I never felt pressured, and while I always feel I could do better in price, I was happy with the overall deal. After the sale, they continued to impress me. They walked me through the titling process as I was from Wisconsin. They also took care of the two very small issues I had after the sale in a prompt professional manner. I am a very satisfied customer and the next time I’m in the market for a new car, Chicago Motor Cars will be the first place I go. More

I purchased a 2011 Porsche 911 Turbo S. The trade in was fair for my 2010 ZR1 Corvette and the purchase price was better than all the local dealers in the area for a similar car. I ordered a Lexus 600hL from this dealership off the internet sight unseen in January. My initial inquiries were answered promptly by my salesperson Zoran. I thought they were very fair on the price so I agreed to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped. Their shipping charge to Des Moines from Chicago was very reasonable and the transport driver was courteous and careful with my new acquisition. Upon inspection the next morning I found a few wear items that I thought were not fully disclosed in our negotiations. Zoran and Parin, the owner of Chicago Motor Cars, stepped in to remedy the items in question at their expense. They also did it in a timely manner so I could enjoy the vehicle as if I purchased it new. These guys were extremely pleasant to do business with and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future. Their website (and dealership) is a cornucopia for anyone that loves nice cars. They have about every make and model and thanks to technology will probably be doing much more business in other states via the internet and their commitment to superb customer service. More

I had been looking all over country for a low millage and reasonably priced ford gt. Initially I indicated I could be there in few days and he agreed to hold car. My plans got pushed back for 10 days and without a deposit he held car for two weeks. When I arrived in Chicago he had me picked up and taken to his show room. His show room was filled with many high end cars. I inspected the car with no pressure to finalize the transaction. After I completed the inspection ,we finalized paper work , then he took me to lunch , arranged for car to be shipped to east coast and drove me to town. I have since recommended him to two of my friends I would always consider buying a high end car form Chicago motor cars and Parin Shah. More
