I went into the dealership to get my car appraised and look into used cars. Pat was there to explain leasing an option I had never thought about or looked into. He explained the "lease to own" option perfectly so it made sense. I was able to get more car for my buck. Great job showing all avenues of car buying.

The overall process of selecting and purchasing my new car was very easy. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and seem happy to be there. I am a repeat customer and will continue going to ODaniel anytime Im looking for a new or used vehicle.

Pat was a unique salesman in that he is very dedicated to his work. He kept in contact with me several times over the course of five months. He is very friendly and really seems to genuinely want to get you taken care of.

I am not the easiest individual to sell a car to. I cut to the chase very quickly, as I have purchased many vehicles during my lifetime. Pat handled me just right in listening to me and ignoring my sometimes rude behavior(for which I apologized).

The only fault I have with the dealership is the fact that my vehicle I was trading in was not given a good trade in price by them the first time I talked to them. They did eventually change their trade in value and we reached a deal.

I will certainly recommend Pat to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle and would purchase another vehicle from him if I need one.

I was in search of a medium priced, excellent quality, pre-owned car and after several stops at dealerships, I contacted Pat Garrett to assist me. He was patient with my need for excellent vehicle appearance and operation. Pat patiently worked with me through several visits, phone calls, and email until we found the vehicle I eventually purchased. Found myself in an unfortunate financial situation and in need of a vehicle, I am picky and use to luxury vehicles. This is the third Jeep I have purchased from O'Daniels in the last 16 years. I had a 96 Grand Cherokee that I drove for 225,000 miles, an 04 Grand Cherokee that I drove for 145,000 miles. I worked with Craig Ruskaup for the first two vehicles and it was a great experience.This last purchase was a 12 Grand Cherokee that Pat Garrett helped me with and I love it! Pat stayed in touch with me on a regular basis trying to put together different deals on a variety of cars and finally helped me by working a great deal on the 12 Grand Cherokee Limited. He was very helpful and went the extra mile for me. I have and would recommend O'Daniels to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.

Pat and shaylene were wonderful to work with. They bent over backwards to help us in purchasing our new vehicle. We changed our minds a few times on which car to purchase and they gladly helped us at every turn from financing to finding the right vehicle for us.
