Left car and was called when it was done. Windshield not taped (yes…..it should be) and dashboard left with debris all over it. Very sloppy job. Still no answer from “upstairs” on the headlight frames which should be changed. “Common problem” is not an acceptable answer. The car I traded in didn’t have it. Common problems can be fixed. Fourth Cadillac purchase….second from Paul Conte. Disappointed and surprised. More

happy with pat mccabe. not happy with explanation about financing. rate is supposed to be 3.90%, but payment equates to 3.99%. Was told higher monthly payment due to 1st not happy with explanation about financing. rate is supposed to be 3.90%, but payment equates to 3.99%. Was told higher monthly payment due to 1st payment due in 45 days rather than 30 days. Makes no sense to me. Should have been given option. would have chosen 30 days for proper monthly payment. Not a big difference, but still feels like extra going to someone. More
