This Dealership is by far ahead in Customer Service. John Cusamano could not do enough for me and his “tell it like it is” personality is a quality few people possess. I brought my ct6 in for an oil change and they did not tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. I went out of my way to get maintenance done here bec tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. I went out of my way to get maintenance done here because they are suppose to be experts. They definitely are not. I will not be going back to Paul Conte again. More
