We had a fabulous overall experience! The people at Morrie's were great: Patrick, Andrew, Chris, and Jen were all great! I also met Barb on one of my original visits and she was great! Easy and stress free Even though we walked into the dealership at 8:45pm on a Thursday, we were greeted with a smile and given plenty of information about the CX-5 and eve Even though we walked into the dealership at 8:45pm on a Thursday, we were greeted with a smile and given plenty of information about the CX-5 and even went on a test drive. By a little after 9:15 we had our minds set that we were going to be buying a mazda. The customer service was excellent. Everyone that we worked with was not only friendly, but made the experience of buying a new car fun and exciting. We went into the buying process expecting to hit a few bumps along the way, but Pat and Casey made it a smooth and stress free process. We would highly recommend Morries Mazda to anyone looking for a new car. More

Very disappointed with Morrie's Mazda Very disappointed with my car shopping experience with Morrie’s Mazda in Mtka dealership. My son and I came in to look at a couple Mazda 3s and test Very disappointed with my car shopping experience with Morrie’s Mazda in Mtka dealership. My son and I came in to look at a couple Mazda 3s and test drove the 07 red one and a 08 black one. My son decided he liked the black one better so I told the dealer (new guy who has been there about 6 months) that I wanted to take it to my mechanic to look it over and said I didn’t want to waste my time and money paying my mechanic to look it over if he was going to find a bunch of problems with it. The dealer assured me that it was a very good car and that Morrie’s mechanics go through all cars carefully and that it was a good car….and it was a “buy happy” car. BUT….my mechanic found 8 things wrong, 3 were pretty major or somewhat expensive. Going back to the dealer I told him what was wrong and he brings over his manager and his answer was “well that car is from Morrie’s XXXX and their mechanics don’t take care of their cars as good as we do. The manager also insulted me by saying , “well I told you that car had problems so I was surprised you wanted to take that to your mechanic” which was not true….he never said “that” car was bad and if he had I would not have wasted my time and money bringing it to my mechanic. Also told me that they were not willing to fix anything on the car (even broken fog lights) because they would lose money on it….a typical used car salesman line. And then said we weren’t going to be able to find a car without problems under $10K that in order to get a “good” car we would need to spend at least $14K…and then even asked if he could show us some?? Really?? The minute he lied to us, I was done with him. More

Overall, we had a very good experience. Dan especially was helpful in understanding the pricing of the used car we bought and the trade-in value of our old car. He as great credibility. Patrick was new was helpful in understanding the pricing of the used car we bought and the trade-in value of our old car. He as great credibility. Patrick was new and just learning the systems - nonetheless, he is going to make a good car salesman with his friendly demeanor. More
