I need to preface this review by saying I know nothing about Credit Scores, and the lady I talked to was completely nice the whole time. That being said I feel I was messed around with. I called in ask about Credit Scores, and the lady I talked to was completely nice the whole time. That being said I feel I was messed around with. I called in asking about a car and the saleswomen took my information. My credit score started to be checked....and again...and up to 8 times. I tried to maintain contact with the Saleswoman, i understand they were trying to get me financing but to run a credit check 8 times. There should be a guard against that. Finally 7 days passed. I called the store directly and got another salesperson. They said it only takes 2-3 days before they get back with a decision. The Saleswoman claimed she was out of the office 3/7 days, let me know it wasnt her fault because she passed it onto a "Special Finance Manager". Finally had to call and tell them to stop checking my credit. I would not use this location of Hyundai, or if you do, make sure you talk to an actual sales person and not the concierge. More

Terrible experience- dishonest management and salesperson. They do not value your time and are not honest with car values. Best experience possible I was so nervous about buying my first car from a big dealership, as I think a lot of people are, but it ended up being such a smooth and even enjoya I was so nervous about buying my first car from a big dealership, as I think a lot of people are, but it ended up being such a smooth and even enjoyable experience! I think most people are worried about car salesmen being concerned with making a buck and not having a clients best interest in mind. It was 100% untrue in my experience. I felt like a valued and respected customer as soon as I was greeted by my saleman, Shawn Herman. I came in with a preapproval for a specific vehicle which ended up no longer being available, but Shawn was bound and determined to help me get into a vehicle that was practical, affordable and had everything I was looking for. Not one time did i have anything i was not interested in pushed on me or did i feel like anything less than a valued customer. I am an indecisive person who had a difficult time making a commitment to car payments, but Shawn was patient, relentless in helping me find just what I was looking for, and made sure I was happy, excited, and proud of my purchase. I hope all of their salesmen make their customers feel as valued as i did! Even finance with Taylor was excellent and i was dreading that as well. They had everything ready and waiting for me to sign, explained each detail in depth, and made it as smooth and painless as possible! I cant say enough positive things about my experience. As i said, I was nervous walking into the dealership and felt like i would get taken advantage of, especially being a young woman car shopping alone with a very specific amount I knew I could afford for payments and specific requirements I was looking for in a vehicle. Shawn made this experience as enjoyable, and as effortless as possible on my end while ensuring we looked within my price range and got all the bells and whistles we could with my car. I am so thrilled with my purchase and feel like i got the best experience and deal possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to potential car buyers and will return there as well for my next car purchase. I will also recommend Shawn to everyone i know! More
