Dave was super helpful, spending over an hour showing me how to use all of the new fancy tech in the 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid. My last car was 14 years old - I’ve never had a back up camera, Bluetooth, even how to use all of the new fancy tech in the 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid. Terrible experience. Purchased a brand-new Kia Sorento PHEV on January 18, 2024, and since day one the cruise control has not worked. It's been 28 days, and the Service D Purchased a brand-new Kia Sorento PHEV on January 18, 2024, and since day one the cruise control has not worked. It's been 28 days, and the Service Department, who now has had the car in their possession for over three weeks, still does not have it fixed. They suggested I take the car and drive it as is till they come up with a solution. Does this sound like a dealership that cares? More
