Lauri was very patient and was never pushy about what type of vehicle we decided on. Lauri showed me several different Toyota’s and was very patient in letting me decide which was best for us to drive in daily and go on vacations with. All the other staff were also very friendly and treated me well. I’m very happy we ended up at Inver Grove Toyota and now have a car dealership we rely on today and for years to come! More

Where to even start with this place!? Was told I needed front brakes during a routine oil change, as pads were down to 3mm (which is as thing as brake pads should get before rubbing metal on metal/rotor), front brakes during a routine oil change, as pads were down to 3mm (which is as thing as brake pads should get before rubbing metal on metal/rotor), but as I usually do refused and instead had a local mechanic check it out. Well, here's the PROOF of these pads having at least HALF life left with the exception of ONE pad, but even that one was nowhere near "3mm" as they stated! And the dealer wanted over $300-$400 for parts and labor for work they CLAIMED needed to be done ASAP? Secondly, was told it would cost $100 to replace a "Cabin Air Filter", which is $20 on Amazon and a 10 min job being just inside the glove box. How in the world could you quote over $100 for something so simple and cheap? Thirdly, were quoted over close to $200 just to replace spark plugs at the same appointment, only to buy the plugs ourselves for $30 total (4 plugs) and labor of 30min for a "First Timer".... By the way, I'm writing this review for my Wife, who was the one they tried taking advantage of! Shame on you! More

worse serive center This is worse service center, I have been this couple of times for oil change of my car, as I shows them offer, still they consider higher rates for o This is worse service center, I have been this couple of times for oil change of my car, as I shows them offer, still they consider higher rates for oil change. recently I went for oil change, and serive guy did bad job and broke it, oil was leaking down my car, I have inform them so they asked me to visit again, and then they said there is no engine oil leak.then later told me to change OIL PAN it will cost $750 plus but they suggest me other leakage and it cost me more than $2300. total cost more than $3000+, it's thief dealer and service center. I told them its because serivce guy broke something and they need to fix this, but the guy just said sorry it's appology but no fixing. service guys are rude, they told you own car, you have to maintain it. its not their fault., Its my fault that I went to oil change to them. Do we need to change oil ourself or visit thief dealer who charge for oil change plus break cars to get our money. over changed. More
