Lauri at Inver Grove Toyota was awesome as my salesperson! I’m the past going to the car dealer was remindful of going to the dentist. This was not my experience at Inver Grove Toyota. Lauri was very patient and was never pushy about what type of vehicle we decided on. Lauri showed me several different Toyota’s and was very patient in letting me decide which was best for us to drive in daily and go on vacations with. All the other staff were also very friendly and treated me well. I’m very happy we ended up at Inver Grove Toyota and now have a car dealership we rely on today and for years to come! More

It’s my pleasure to say “Hats Off” to Bryan Hopson and the Inver Grove Toyota team in finding me a 2023 Prius LE on extremely short notice. I was extremely satisfied and impressed at Bryan’s low pressur the Inver Grove Toyota team in finding me a 2023 Prius LE on extremely short notice. I was extremely satisfied and impressed at Bryan’s low pressure style yet diligence and persistence in locating me my car on short notice in a very competitive Prius market. I was prepared for the stereotypical used car salesman approach but instead was met Inver Grove’s Toyota Team and Bryan’s calm professional and respectful style. Although I was a new customer I was treated with respect and felt like a valued customer. I left feeling assured and confident that it was all going to work out with me driving away in my new Prius LE within 48 hrs. This made my day since I was leaving on a cross country road trip in a few days and I was looking forward to driving my new Prius instead of my old but reliable 2007 Prius. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Heidi St. Martin! She was so incredible right from the start when we mentioned wanting a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. She informed us of our options and the wait time a Martin! She was so incredible right from the start when we mentioned wanting a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. She informed us of our options and the wait time and they were the only dealership in the area that didn't add additional unnecessary charges to this vehicle. She was positive and encouraging through our entire wait time and kept us up to date as she received information. When our vehicle was ready, she was quick, organized, and so sweet to work with when we got there. She made buying a new car fun! We also had great experiences with Tim and Patrick in finance. They made things smooth and helped us navigate the process well. Our only downside to this experience was that we were told we could pick up the car on the first of the month, but a few days before we were given an ultimatum by the sales manager, Matt, to buy the car electronically the week before so they could meet their sales goal or give up our vehicle to the next person in line and have to wait for the next one. Matt was not straightforward that we would have to complete the transaction prior to the first, only after several phone calls did he finally make clear that was the only option available. This was a tough choice and we didn't get an opportunity to have our vehicle looked at in person for a potential trade or see our new vehicle before purchasing. We ultimately ended up buying before to avoid waiting longer, and that experience went really well, we were just frustrated that the sales manager was not forthcoming about the situation. Our experiences with Heidi, Patrick, and Tim made us feel confident and comfortable with this choice. We would definitely recommend this dealership! More
