Such is the market with new auto sales, especially with the proliferation of consumer-oriented tools that empower the consumer. Even more the reason for companies to find ways to meet a consumer's real price point. I say "real," because car buyers can sometimes have unrealistic expectations on the price of a vehicle. From the very first time I reached out to the dealership about buying a 2015 Audi S3 was via online through USAA, Taylor from internet sales called me and we had a discussion on what vehicle I was looking for and what they could do to earn my business. I had been following up on the car inventory at both this dealership and another one. About 2 weeks later I visited a different dealership in Fort Lauderdale which was closer to my home and was able to take a test-drive with another salesperson. The salesperson seemed unprepared to discuss the great things about the car much less show me how the MMI technology works (which I have to say should be a MUST for any Audi test drive with an MMI option, as the MMI truly enriches Audi experience). Ultimately they prepared what I thought was a great price for an Audi S3, however, my wife and I agreed to wait 30 more days to sleep on it. For the following 2 weeks I continued following up on the inventory of both dealerships and then on the last day of the month, my wife and I agreed that we would purchase the vehicle, so long as the dealership was able to include an extended warranty within that price. The dealership in Fort Lauderdale quoted me over $3,000 for the extended warranty. I then called Taylor back at Audi Coral Springs around 12:30pm that day and explained what needed to be done to make a deal that same day. She put me in touch with Mr. Williams, one of the finance managers. He was able to quote me a 6 year warranty for around $1,740.00. The reason it was lower is because the warranty he was quoting me was for 6 yrs/60K Miles instead of 6 years/100K miles, which was fine for our needs. They also had another Audi S3 that had a MSRP sticker of about $500 less than the car I had driven at the other dealership. Once I did the numbers and saw that we were only about $1300 in price I decided to visit the dealership. Once I arrived at around 5:30pm, I met Taylor, who introduced me to Paul Carmona, a sales professional at the Audi Coral Springs dealership. Mr. Carmona took me on a test-drive of the Audi and I have to say, the experience and knowledge he had of Audi was leaps and bounds above the other dealership's sales person. Paul seemed to know almost everything about the vehicle, and even better, knew the ins and outs of the MMI which enhanced our test-driving experience. Furthermore, he recognized what type of buyer I was and was able to deliver a test-drive experience that truly "unlocked" the real personality of that car, and sealed the Audi S3 as the vehicle I wanted. Once we got to the dealership we negotiated on the price, and ultimately the dealership and I found a way to make the deal work. I also have to give special thanks to Tony Carenza (finance director) who's vast experience structuring deals was able to put together a deal that worked not only for me but also for the dealership. In the end, they earned my business, and will definitely contact them next time I decide to purchase an Audi. More

Special out of state experience Coral Springs Audi has a great team of customer service motivated individuals. I recently went through a pleasant experience buying an 2007 A6 Quattro Coral Springs Audi has a great team of customer service motivated individuals. I recently went through a pleasant experience buying an 2007 A6 Quattro. Over the past months I had worked with may different dealers through out the country but I was unable to develop a working relationship as I did with Coral Springs Audi team. Once I commented to the purchase, I was guided through the process with questions answered and apprehension but at ease. This was primarily done by my Audi representative Paul Carmona. He informed me of the process and offered assistance to help avoid any unforeseen road blocks. Once I booked my flight to Fort Lauderdale, we communicated via email and text to satisfy all of the dealership requirements before I arrived. At one point I had issues sending my attached documents for insurance, Driver Licence and Paul quickly gave me an alternate email which allowed me to successfully send the documents. The next morning I flew out of Kansas City and was greeted with a text before the plane took off asking if I was still on schedule. The similar followups occurred through out the flight which put me at ease on what to expect upon arrival. Once the plane got near the Fort Lauderdale International airport the pilot/plane experienced some intense thrunderstorms. So severe that we circled the airport for about 40 min's. The Pilot eventually got on the intercom and let the passengers know that the storms were to severe and they were running low on fuel and would have to divert to Palm Beach. Upon landing I called my Audi rep (Paul Carmona) to let him know of the situation and that the airlines had no ETA on when we would arrive in Fort Lauderdale. Paul said that Palm Beach was about 40 minutes with traffic and weather but he could come out to pick me up so they could get me on the road to KC. So I took him up on it and he arrive at the Palm Beach airport 30 min's later in my Audi A6. It was nice to see and test drive the vehicle with the weather which confirmed to me that this was the right purchase. The ride to the dealership was enjoyable Paul is very good with conversation bringing up current events, local facts and discussions. Once I arrived at the dealership my experience continue with the purchase process being what had been discussed before leaving KC which was a big relief. I had an enjoyable experience with Audi of Coral Springs and plan to come back to Florida in the future to purchase vehicles. Thanks for everything. Rob Sloop Go Royals!! More

He walked me through the entire process of leasing indepth so that I could fully understand the decision I was making. I then test drove the A3 and fell in love. Paul worked very hard to keep within my budget and, although we could not I am still very confident in my decision. Everyone else who I encountered throughout my time there was quite pleasant. Overall good experience. More
